I mean this kindly, but I really think you should rethink this. I've just looked it up, and the KB bus from Swindon to RH takes 1hr 40 in the morning. Ribston is a nice school but it isn't 3 hr round trip daily nice. Not only will your DD be exhausted, but she will also miss out on all the after school activities, so she won't get a full ribston experience.
If you are considering appealing for SHS then that is a good idea. Commute still not amazing but def better than for RH, and a lot of kids travel that route. I wouldn't worry about raw data, just gather as much info you can about her performance at school etc.
Otherwise, it might be worth considering a closer good comp. If Swindon itself isn't an option, you could eg look at Malmesbury school which is ofsted outstanding and has a better progress 8 than Ribston. I don't think it gets particularly oversubscribed. Have a look at what is available, get her name down for a few schools and see what comes up.
