DD has a sister at a Bucks GS. Despite expectations only got 119 as score and went for selection review. Maths and NVR both under score, VR above. School do lots of tests every year which all show maths and NVR as 134+. Learned the day before the test she needed an operation on a hernia, and was in pain from the hernia. We provided evidence of this but school didn’t mention it. Was thinking she’d have a reasonable chance at selection review but it sounds like as the score was lower in two areas we have no chance . Any idea how much the fact that she had just discovered she needed an operation will sway the panel?
